Salesbury Sunflowers - Our Onsite Wraparound Care!
Salesbury Sunflowers is our before and after-school club.
All Sunflowers staff are also Teaching Assistants at the school so are very familiar to children. We also employ sports coaches from SportsCool on the staff team to provide varied sporting and outdoor activities.
Sunflowers offer a host of activities which change throughout the seasons. They also make use of the school's hall and outdoor facilities.

Parents Feedback
'Our child attends Sunflowers both before and after school. There are lots of different breakfast choices available in the morning and a snack available for after school. He enjoys all the activities they do such as Hama beads, loom bands, painting and playing games. It is great to see that although he is only in year 1, he has formed lasting relationships with many children in the older years and has even been known to make up some dance routines with them. He loves attending sunflowers, and as a family we would be completely lost without it!'

"We would be lost without the support of Sunflowers. We utilise both breakfast and afterschool club everyday, which is a massive help with busy work schedules. Our son absolutely loves going, so it is a peace of mind for us and a credit to the staff there."
(Year 2 Parent)
“Both of our boys use the after-school Sunflowers provision. Our eldest has been attending Sunflowers since he started in Reception and our youngest is now in Nursery and they both attend together. One of the best things about Sunflowers is the way that Salesbury integrate all year groups. Both my 3-year-old and 7-year-old have formed bonds with much older children who undoubtedly look out for them during the school day. While at Sunflowers my children are encouraged to engage in activities that stimulate their interests. My eldest is often outside playing football whereas my youngest is usually inside drawing or playing games. The wrap around care is essential for us as we both work full time and knowing that our boys are well cared for by staff members they know and trust has afforded us peace of mind. We can’t recommend it highly enough!”.
